Yuva Sena chief and former minister Aditya Thackeray on Monday said Maharashtra never tolerates treachery and the Eknath Shinde-led government will definitely fall. Addressing Shiv Sena workers during his visit to the Konkan region, he said the Shinde government was focused on “dirty politics” and not the welfare of the people. The government will surely fall. Shiv Sena chief and former chief minister Uddhav Thackeray’s son Aditya said Maharashtra never tolerates treachery.
Attacking the Shinde government in which Devendra Fadnavis of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is the deputy chief minister, Aditya said the present government was focused on “dirty politics” and not on the welfare of Maharashtra and its people.
He alleged that the state witnessed continuous rains and floods, but the government did not care. A revolt by 40 Shinde and Shiv Sena MLAs led to the collapse of the Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government last month.
