Jason Benn was arrested for allegedly grabbing the hips of teenage relatives.

Jet-setting media publisher Jason Bean was arrested on Monday for allegedly grabbing the buttocks of a teenage female relative after eating at a Valentine’s Day restaurant in Manhattan.

The head of DuJour magazine and longtime Hamptons Manst, 54, was raped Monday afternoon in his arrest, alleging forcible touching, child welfare and third-degree sexual exploitation.

Wearing a mask, Ben tried desperately to avoid being photographed in court and had to be directed to face a judge on one occasion – an angle that exposed him to photographers.

Bin was released on his own accord and left in a hurry without comment. He will be arraigned again next month.

According to a police report and law enforcement sources, Ben allegedly ate the 16-year-old family member’s buttocks on his clothes without his consent after eating at the Italian hotspot Sepriani around 8 p.m. Squeezed

Sources said that the alleged victim had gone to the police in late April to lodge a complaint.

The court documents state that Bin allegedly “humiliated and abused such a person with the intention of forcibly touching another person’s sexual and other intimate parts, and with the intent of satisfying the defendant’s sexual desire.” ۔

The well-heeled defendant declined to comment on The Post on Monday. His lawyer, Alan Sash, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

But Ben’s divorce lawyer, Valentina Schickins, said in a statement: “Unfortunately, this is the latest chapter in a long and bitter divorce proceeding.

“We will not comment further.”
