Jet-setting media publisher Jason Bean was arrested on Monday for allegedly grabbing the buttocks of a teenage female relative after eating at a Valentine’s Day restaurant in Manhattan.
The head of DuJour magazine and longtime Hamptons Manst, 54, was raped Monday afternoon in his arrest, alleging forcible touching, child welfare and third-degree sexual exploitation.
Wearing a mask, Ben tried desperately to avoid being photographed in court and had to be directed to face a judge on one occasion – an angle that exposed him to photographers.
Bin was released on his own accord and left in a hurry without comment. He will be arraigned again next month.
According to a police report and law enforcement sources, Ben allegedly ate the 16-year-old family member’s buttocks on his clothes without his consent after eating at the Italian hotspot Sepriani around 8 p.m. Squeezed
Sources said that the alleged victim had gone to the police in late April to lodge a complaint.

The court documents state that Bin allegedly “humiliated and abused such a person with the intention of forcibly touching another person’s sexual and other intimate parts, and with the intent of satisfying the defendant’s sexual desire.” ۔
The well-heeled defendant declined to comment on The Post on Monday. His lawyer, Alan Sash, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
But Ben’s divorce lawyer, Valentina Schickins, said in a statement: “Unfortunately, this is the latest chapter in a long and bitter divorce proceeding.
“We will not comment further.”
